And now for the fun part. My random string of nine digits was 647451100, so I got...

2x1 +4 BODY (+16), +2HD Heavy Armor (+24), +2HD Brawl (+4), +2d Endurance (+2), +2d Athletics (+2)
2x4 +1d+WD Telekinesis (+50) Intrinsic incapacitating Allergy to some uncommon substance (-2)
2x10 +2d to each Stat (+48)

I was thinking about doing one from each Blue level, but let's see what those options would be...

5 Crook/Guilt/Evil Twin
6 Journalist/Adopted/Alien Origin
7 Accountant/Hellraiser/Stranded Time Traveler

While a guilty accountant could be fun, I think I'm going to abandon Blue I altogether and go Alien Origin, Hellraiser, Guilt.

Incapacitating Allergy: Nicutorpu reacts violently to ammonia.

THE STORY

Niucutorpu was kind of an interstellar badass. Descended from the Lutornian warrior-caste, he's big and built for combat. Often, he has to hold back when battling humans, lest his head-hunting instincts take over. He had a cheap Lutornian interstellar sailcraft and he was pretty much just bumming around the western spiral arm, picking up chicks, picking fights with Greys, sampling ethnically-produced hallucinogens and intoxicants. One alien he met talked about the Grand Canyon on Earth and, even though the undeveloped planet was off-limits, Niucutorpu wasn't going to let a little thing like a war cruiser keep him from his sight seeing.

So, yeah, he got shot down and crashed in the middle of the Maine wilderness. The NEST team sent to capture him had a hell of a time, even though Niucutorpu's gear got lost or fried in the crash. Chased into a gas station, he was incapacitated after crashing into a cleanup bucket infused with ammonia.

Well, the survivors of the NEST team weren't happy, not one bit. They dragged Niucutorpu off to a secret facility underneath a burned-out Detroit industrial park where he was tested, examined and imprisoned. It was there that Niucutorpu learned his rudimentary English (which overbalanced with vocabulary like "Submit" "Punish" "Secure" "Deter" "Invasion Force" and so on) and observed the tech level of human security. He also came to understand that the guy he'd casually beheaded in that Gas 'n' Go was not (as he'd assumed) an elite war-leader, but a juvenile working a menial job. For a while, he considered just staying put and rotting, a just punishment for his rash murder. But when a guard let him watch a TV program about Earth's superheroes, Niucutorpu decided there was a way to make amends. He'd get out, find the parents of the youth he'd slaughtered (and maybe the widows of those two NEST soldiers, though he's a lot more comfortable with those deaths) and do what he could to repay the damage he's done. Fortunately for him, his captors had been so distracted by his heavy-gravity strength and toughness that they never realized he was mildly telekinetic.

And who knows? Maybe he'll even get to the Grand Canyon one of these days.
